Learn of Him - Come, Follow Me learning guides, study tools, & insights

It's the teacher's responsibility to teach. It's the learner's responsibility to learn.
Most of us grew up thinking learning was something that happened to us—that a good teacher would pour knowledge into our heads.
But real learning? That's active. That's you engaging, questioning, connecting, and applying.
Learn of Him exists to help you become that kind of learner—to deepen, enhance, and enrich your scripture study so it actually changes how you live.

In Jesus's parable, a merchant finds a pearl of great price—and sells everything to obtain it (Matthew 13:45-46).
These 'Pearls' are designed the same way: brief insights worth seeking, worth keeping.
Each one is designed to be short enough to fit your day, but deep enough to change it.

Strategies for teaching the gospel more effectively

For years, I taught Gospel Doctrine. And after class—almost every week—someone would say, “Where did you learn all that?” or "How do I study the scriptures like that?
That’s why I built Learn of Him—to share simple tools, trusted resources, and practical learning strategies that have transformed my own scripture study.
My doctorate is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (don't ask what that is—even my wife doesn't know). But I’ve spent my career studying how people learn—and those same principles can help disciples learn more deeply from the word of God.
I'm not the expert. I'm a learner—just like you. My goal is to research, synthesize, and share what actually helps.
If you want Come, Follow Me to feel less like checking a box and more like real learning and real change, you’re in the right place.
I hope these resources bless your study as much as creating them has blessed mine.
